We're on Milton Avenue in downtown Alpharetta, two blocks from City Center. There's a public deck behind the building and street parking out front. First visits run about forty-five minutes and most of that is talking.

What happens at a first visit
- 1You arrive about ten minutes early and fill in an intake form. We ask the medical questions there, at your visit, rather than before it.
- 2A licensed provider examines your skin in proper lighting and takes photographs from the front and both sides. Photographs stay in your record; nothing is published from them without a separate written authorization you would have to sign later.
- 3You talk. About twenty-five of the forty-five minutes is this part, and it is where we work out whether what you came in for is what you actually need.
- 4You leave with a written plan and a total, or with a recommendation to wait. Nothing is booked or charged on the day unless you want to proceed and the plan is straightforward.
There is a public deck behind the building and metered street parking out front. The deck is free for the first two hours, which covers a consultation and most treatment appointments. Suite 210 is on the second floor and the elevator is at the back of the lobby.
What you walk into
- 1Suite 210, second floor, elevator at the back of the lobby. Four rooms and a front desk. It is a small practice and it looks like one — whoever is standing at the desk is who answers the phone, and you will not be handed between six people to get an answer.
- 2The consult room is not a treatment room. The conversation happens sitting down, with nothing opened and nothing on a tray, before anybody decides whether there is a treatment to have at all.
- 3The treatment rooms are plain, clinical and well lit. Assessment happens under proper lighting rather than under something flattering, because a plan made in flattering light is a plan made against the wrong information.
- 4A licensed provider examines your skin before anything is planned. In Georgia that examination is a requirement rather than a courtesy, and it is also the part that works out whether what you came in for is what you actually need. You leave with a written plan and a total, or with a recommendation to wait — and either way you have not been charged and nothing has been sold to you.
We have one location and this is it. Nothing about which town you drive from changes a treatment protocol, so there is nothing else to tell you about geography — the drive is the only variable, and you know your own drive better than we do.
